JALAPENO CORN BREAD

2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. onion, grated
1 c. creamed corn
1 1/2 c. yellow cheese, grated
1/4 c. Jalapeno peppers

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour
into 2 greased 13 x 9 inch pans. Bake 45 minutes
